The Constitutive General Assembly of the Association was held on February 21, 2023 in Abidjan, in Côte d’ivoire. This constitutive general assembly was organized with the support of the SSATP and
hosted by the Urban Mobility Authority in Greater Abidjan (AMUGA). During this meeting, the founding members adopted the statutes and internal regulations of the Association.
