The African Association of Urban Mobility Authorities (AUMA) aims to strengthen cooperation and knowledge sharing between african structures involved in urban mobility. Becoming a member of AUMA allows you to actively participate in the transformation of urban mobility in Africa. You will be able to take part in various activities, benefit from resources and share innovative practices in the field of urban mobility. 

1. Membership conditions  

Membership is free and open to all legally recognized African structures. However, a contribution of $5,000 is requested to support the Association’s projects and initiatives.  

2. Membership Process  

Step 1: Complete and Submit the Membership Form (available below) Send the completed membership form by email to info@auma.org.

Step 2: Application Review Your application will be reviewed by the AUMA Secretariat. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation by email, along with instructions on how to pay the annual fee.

Step 3: Participation in Activities Once your membership is confirmed and your annual fee is paid, you will have access to all of AUMA’s resources and activities.   

3. Membership Benefits  

By joining AUMA, you will have access to a network of experts and actors in the urban mobility sector in Africa. You will actively participate in knowledge sharing through seminars, webinars and workshops designed to strengthen your skills. You will also have access to valuable resources such as studies, reports and practical tools to improve your urban mobility projects. Finally, you will have the opportunity to highlight your organization and its initiatives on our platform.
